Plesner is now a Danish limited partnership company

On 10 March 2017, Plesner was converted into a Danish limited partnership company ("advokatpartnerselskab").
As a result of the conversion Plesner has a new Company Registration (CVR) No: 38477935 and has changed its name from Plesner Law Firm to Plesner Advokatpartnerselskab.
Plesner's partners, management, management structure and employees remain the same and all the rights and obligations of the previous partnership, including cooperation agreements, have been assigned to the new limited partnership company. It means that our cooperation with clients and other business relationships will continue and will not be affected by the conversion.
