Further, Plesner was shortlisted as "European Court of Justice Firm of the Year" confirming Plesner's leading position in tax law. This shortlisting is amongst other attributable to the fact that Plesner recently succeeded on behalf of a client, for the tenth time in a row, in a tax case before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
