Plesner named best Nordic Commercial Real Estate advisory firm

Plesner has just been named the best law firm in the Nordic and Baltic regions in the category real estate legal advice. The recognised international magazine Euromoney has named Plesner the best firm in this category based on a comprehensive international survey among clients.
The magazine Euromoney carries out the "Real Estate Survey" focusing on the international real estate industry every year. This year the magazine received responses from more than 1,200 companies from 75 countries.
Based on the results of the survey Plesner is ranked as the best firm in terms of legal advice both in Denmark and overall for the Nordic and Baltic regions.
Plesner's Commercial Real Estate team has been through a significant development and now counts more than 50 specialists. During recent years, Plesner has advised on an increasing number of acquisitions and sales of property portfolios, in particular in the Greater Copenhagen Area, and on several property development projects and matters relating to business lease law.
