Brian Bundgaard joins Plesner’s Corporate Finance team as a new partner from 1 January 2021.
Brian has extensive experience providing M&A advice to a wide range of Danish and international players, including private equity funds. Over the years, he has been involved in a number of high-profile business transfers in both the Danish and international markets.
Brian was a partner at Danish law firm Accura until 1 January 2021.
With the addition of Brian Bundgaard, Plesner consolidates its position as a market leader within M&A in Denmark.
