Congratulations to a new Plesner partner

Mathias Kjærsgaard Larsen who is a member of our Tax Law team has been appointed a partner in Plesner from 1 January 2022.
Mathias has been part of Plesner for more than ten years and advises on and conducts administrative proceedings and legal proceedings involving direct and indirect taxes.
During recent years Mathias has in particular advised clients on transfer pricing matters and the so-called beneficial owner-cases concerning the withholding of dividend tax and tax on interest.
Mathias has lectured at Aalborg University and the University of Copenhagen on EU law and tax law, among other subjects, and has an LLM degree in International Taxation (as a Hauser Global Scholar) from New York University.
With Mathias as a new partner, Plesner strengthens its position as one of the leading firms with respect to tax law.
