The new public procurement rules

Plesner invites you to attend a seminar on the new public procurement rules.

On 19 November 2015 the Danish Parliament passed the Bill to amend the new Danish Public Procurement Act that enters into force on 1 January 2016. At the same time the Utilities Directive and the Concessions Directive will be implemented into Danish law by an executive order.

This is the reason why our competition and procurement law team will repeat the seminar on the new Public Procurement Act and will present the most important changes and new features compared to the existing procurement rules.

Speakers

  • Attorney-at-Law, Partner Gitte Holtsø
  • Attorney-at-Law Peter E. Stassen
  • Attorney-at-Law Sarah Ann Mønsted
  • Assistant Attorney Lise Aaby Nielsen

Registration

Please note that the seminar will be in Danish. Participation is free, but registration is necessary as the seminar has a limited number of places.

The seminar is currently full. If you wish to be placed on the waiting list, please send an email to seminar@plesner.com. We will let you know if a place becomes available.
