When structuring, negotiating and documenting transactions, AC draws upon a solid academic background within law, finance and economics as well as unique international expertise obtained from years of practicing as an English finance lawyer in London with Davis Polk & Wardwell.
AC has extensive experience advising both borrowers, sponsors and lenders on loan financing, bond issues and financial restructuring. Within loan financing, AC advises on, among others, certain funds acquisition financing (both public and private), bridge facilities, other corporate financing and refinancing, direct lending, unitranche financing and real estate financing. AC also advises on combined loans and bond issues in various capital structures. AC has extensive international experience advising on complex cross-border finance transactions, including intercreditor arrangements.
Prior to joining Davis Polk & Wardwell, AC practiced as a lawyer in Denmark. AC holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen and an MSc in Law & Finance (with Distinction) from the University of Oxford. AC is a dual-qualified lawyer in Denmark and England and Wales.
