Cathrine has extensive experience in advising international businesses and companies on the implementation of large, complex construction and development projects. She advises clients on all aspects of the delivery of such projects, from the drafting and negotiation of contracts, purchase and sale og land plots, to contract administration, all legal aspects og development planning and the avoidance of or handling of disputes.

Cathrine's experience includes the development of single development projects as well as planning of city development areas. 

Cathrine has previous experience with large complex construction projects, including review as well as drafting of complex construction contracts, such as EPC, EPCI and EPCM contracts. Furthermore, Cathrine has assisted a variety of clients on the management of the construction contract, including claims and disputes related thereto. She has been involved in a number of litigation and arbitration cases within the construction sector. Amongst others, Cathrine has been involved in one of the largest arbitration cases to date, concerning inter alia the changed scope of work in a large-scale infrastructure project.
