Kirstine Lind Henriksen is a manager in our Insolvency Law and Restructuring team.
Kirstine deals with all aspects of insolvency and restructuring law and has experience with regard to bankruptcy proceedings, liquidation, restructuring and safeguarding of creditor positions.
Kirstine also has extensive experience with regard to company law and contracts. As part of Plesner's Energy and Infrastructure team, Kirstine has knowledge of the energy sector and has been involved in a number of business transfers within the sector.
