Private Investment Funds

Our Private Investment Funds team is leading in Denmark when it comes to design, structuring and fundraising of Danish and foreign private investment funds, including buyout funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, infrastructure funds and funds-of-funds, as well as other types of pooled investment vehicles such as sponsor vehicles, co-investment vehicles and continuation vehicles.

The team has extensive experience advising institutional investors and family offices on investments in private equity funds and on co-investments in private investment funds.

The team works closely with Plesner's Tax, Banking and Finance and Corporate Law teams and can provide complete advice in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds and investments in private investment funds.
