Henrik har specialiseret sig inden for corporate finance siden 2001 og har siden da rådgivet i 165+ virksomhedsoverdragelser. Rådgivningen har været ydet til danske og udenlandske børsnoterede og privatejede selskaber, private equity fonde, hedge fonde, venture kapitalselskaber, offentlige institutioner, institutionelle investorer og velstående privatpersoner.
I de seneste femten år har Henrik været en af de mest aktive (top 3) juridiske rådgivere i Danmark inden for virksomhedsoverdragelser (kilde: mergermarket.com, målt på antal transaktioner) og er samme periode ligeledes en af de mest aktive advokater i Norden.
Gennem en LL.M. fra Harvard Law School (2001), bestalling i New York og efterfølgende ansættelse i M&A-afdelingen hos White & Case (New York) i mere end 4 år (2001-2005) har Henrik fået et dybdegående kendskab til, og betydelig erfaring med, multinationale transaktioner. Denne erfaring og netværk har Henrik fastholdt siden hjemkomsten til Danmark. En stor del af Henriks klientportefølje er international.
Henrik er formand for Plesners udvalg for internationale forhold.
Siden 2009 har Henrik været medlem af ledelsen for Harvard Law School Association of Europe (HLSAE) I perioden 2013 - 2016 var Henrik valgt som præsident for HLSAE. HLSAE har mere end 2.000 medlemmer og er den største Harvard Law School alumni forening uden for USA
