Alexandra is a partner in Plesner's Corporate Finance team, where she advises on Danish and international M&A and private equity transactions across a broad range of sectors. She has significant experience leading structured and complex M&A transactions - often with a cross-border element.
Alexandra advises Danish and international private equity sponsors, industrial clients, family offices, and founders.
Alexandra holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen and an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School. She is also licenced to practise law in the state of New York where she gained experience working as a Foreign Associate in Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
