Inden for lånefinansiering rådgiver AC bl.a. om "certain funds" akkvisitionsfinansiering (både offentlig og privat), bridge faciliteter, anden selskabsfinansiering og refinansiering, direct lending, unitranche finansiering og ejendomsfinansiering. Før ansættelsen hos Davis Polk & Wardwell har AC arbejdet som advokat i Danmark. AC er uddannet jurist fra Københavns Universitet og har en MSc i Law & Finance (med udmærkelse) fra University of Oxford. AC er beskikket dansk advokat og solicitor (England and Wales).
