Christian L. Bardenfleth er partner i vores team for IP-ret og rådgiver om dansk og EU IP-ret - primært i sager vedrørende varemærker, design og produktefterligninger.
Christian er rådgiver for nogle af landets førende virksomheder, og har bl.a. gennem mange år rådgivet A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S, og han har mere end 28 års erfaring med at rådgive store og mellemstore virksomheder i komplekse, strategiske sager om etablering, beskyttelse og håndhævelse af IP-rettigheder både i Danmark og internationalt.
Med sin baggrund i en af Europas største IP-rådgivningsvirksomheder (Zacco) har Christian opbygget et stort netværk og en international specialistviden i både Europa, Kina, Japan og USA.
