Christian Frank Madsen
Christian has extensive experience providing legal advice in connection with all aspects of M&A transactions. He has significant experience with cross-border and other complex M&A transactions.
Christian advises Danish and international private equity sponsors, industrial clients, family offices, and business founders.
Christian has a Master's degree in law from the University of Southern Denmark and an LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School. Christian has lectured extensively on corporate law at the University of Southern Denmark and Copenhagen Business School (CBS).
