Henrik Rossing Lønberg er partner i Plesners Corporate Finance team og har omfattende erfaring indenfor virksomhedsoverdragelser, børs- og kapitalmarkedsret, finansielle virksomheder samt corporate governance.
Henrik har specialiseret sig indenfor corporate finance siden 2001 og har siden da rådgivet i mere end 185 virksomhedsoverdragelser.
Henrik Rossing Lønberg har længe været en hovedaktør og et kendt navn indenfor danske virksomhedstransaktioner og har repræsenteret mange fremtrædende kapitalfonde og velrenommerede selskaber.
Henrik har de sidste 20 år være involveret i et betydeligt antal af de største, mest komplekse, avancerede og innovative handler på det danske transaktionsmarked. I de seneste 15 år har Henrik været en af de mest aktive (top 3) juridiske rådgivere i Danmark inden for virksomhedsoverdragelser (kilde: mergermarket.com, målt på antal transaktioner) og har samme periode ligeledes været en af de mest aktive advokater i Norden.
Gennem en LL.M. fra Harvard Law School (2001), bestalling i New York og efterfølgende mere end 4 års ansættelse (2001-2005) i M&A-afdelingen hos White & Case (New York) har Henrik fået dybdegående kendskab til og betydelig erfaring med internationale transaktioner. Henrik er siden sin hjemkomst til Danmark fortsat med at pleje sin omfattende erfaring og sit netværk. En stor del af Henriks klientportefølje er international.
