Seminar on EPC contracts
Plesner organises a seminar on EPC contracts on Monday 27 May 2024 at 9 AM for members of the network group Energi & Infrastructure with the opportunity to earn course points equivalent to three lessons if you participate in the full program.
The seminar will include the following:
- Introduction to EPC contracts (use, standard terms and conditions etc.)
- Understanding of the basic principles of EPC contracts
- Responsibility and risk allocation in EPC contracts
- Pitfalls and conditions that are often subject to negotiation/discussion
The network meeting will only be held with physical participation at Plesner, Amerika Plads 37, 2100 Copenhagen.
