Anna advises national and international enterprises in connection with legal proceedings and arbitration proceedings. Such advice includes in particular insurance and tort law disputes, for example in relation to reinsurance, advisers' professional liability, prospectus liability and general insurance law. Anna also handles insurance matters concerning loss of earning capacity before the courts and the Danish Insurance Complaints Board.
In addition, Anna advises clients in disputes relating more generally to tort law and contract law.
Anna is experienced in handling larger sets of related cases, which ensures efficient project management.
