Emil has experience drafting, negotiating and advising on contracts regarding purchase, sale, distribution, development, outsourcing (operation), implementation, maintenance and support of IT and technology, including license agreements, standard terms, partnership agreements, data processor agreements, consumer agreements (B2C), etc.

Emil also has experience with respect to regulatory matters relating to IT, technology and data such as data protection, intellectual property rights, e-commerce, consumer protection, digital signatures, and regulatory liability for digital services.

Emil has a strong profile when it comes to solving complex issues in the cross field between technology and law which requires thorough understanding of both subject areas.

Emil is a certified IT attorney (certified by the Association of  Danish IT Attorneys).
