Rikke Silke Kjeldsen

Rikke Silke Kjeldsen is a manager in our Dispute Resolution team and primarily focuses on international commercial arbitration, for example, under the auspices of the Danish Institute of Arbitration in Copenhagen (DIA), the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris (ICC) and the London Court of Arbitration (LCIA) as well as ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL Rules.

Rikke is educated in France and in the UK and has worked for a number of years as a Deputy Counsel at the International Court of Arbitration of the ICC in Paris in a case management team primarily dealing with Common Law jurisdictions.

During her tenure at the ICC, Rikke oversaw more than two hundred international arbitration matters in various sectors, including energy, transportation and construction.

In addition to her international experience, Rikke has worked as counsel on a number of Plesner's cases which are subject to Danish substantive and/or procedural law, in particular the Danish Administration of Justice Act and the Arbitration Act.
