Thomas Ladegaard Petersen is a manager in our Dispute Resolution team.
Thomas focuses on commercial law disputes in the form of legal proceedings and Danish and international arbitration, including liability matters in a broad sense, for example involving the liability of members of management, lawyers and accountants. Thomas also has experience with respect to corporate law disputes, including M&A disputes and ownership conflicts as well as cases relating to the financial sector.
In addition, Thomas has experience of contract disputes and cases involving personal injuries and industrial injuries.
From 2002 to 2023, Thomas lectured on the subject Civil Proceedings at the University of Copenhagen (Master's programme).
