Daniel focuses on litigation before the civil courts and arbitration proceedings before Danish institutions of arbitration as well as international arbitration proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.

Daniel advises key players in the building and construction industry, including technical consultants, employers and contractors at all stages of the building process.

In addition, Daniel advises on insurance law, the law of damages and contracts and general corporate law.

Daniel has prior experience advising on insolvency law, including bankruptcy proceedings, avoidance proceedings, disqualification proceedings etc.

Daniel is an external lecturer in property and creditor law at the University of Copenhagen

Finally, Daniel is a permanent arbitrator at the annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (Vis Moot) in Vienna.
