Jonathan Jordan is a senior counsel in our Banking and Finance team.
Jonathan advises clients, primarily in the banking and financial services sector, including banks, asset managers and investment funds, and payment services providers (fintech) with a focus on financial regulation, regulatory investigations and enforcement, cross-border services, security transactions and capital markets.
Furthermore, Jonathan has experience with the negotiation of complex derivatives and commodities transactions.
Jonathan has spent more than 10 years working in-house with global financial institutions in London, and has substantial experience advising on the implementation of incoming regulatory change initiatives, governance and control.
Jonathan is qualified as an attorney-at-law in Denmark and as a solicitor in England and Wales.
