Mikkel Rostock-Jensen is a partner in our Corporate Finance team and focuses on M&A and capital markets law. 

As far as capital markets transactions are concerned Mikkel has in recent years been focusing on IPOs and secondary capital issues (rights issues, accelerated book-buildings and private investment in public equity). Mikkel has also been involved in public M&A transactions (takeover bids/takeovers) and in providing continuous securities law advice. 

Mikkel's M&A transaction experience includes all types of business transactions (acquisition, sale, venture investments and other investments, joint ventures, restructurings, etc) often on behalf of listed companies and in connection with complex processes. 


Capital markets law

  • IPOs: Gubra, Green Hydrogen Systems, Ørsted, Nets, Scandinavian Tobacco Group, Zealand Pharma (double listing on Nasdaq New York), ISS, Orphazyme (double listing on Nasdaq New York), and a number of not completed IPOs
  • Rights issues: Bavarian Nordic, Arbejdernes Landsbank and Green Hydrogen Systems
  • Private placements: Zealand Pharma (repeatedly), Green Mobility, Bavarian Nordic and Orphazyme ATM programme 
  • Takeover bids: TDC and Veloxis Pharmaceuticals


  • Danish Ministry of Finance - reorganisation of and investment in SAS
  • UNION therapeutics - repeated investments 
  • Shark Solution - investment from AXA
  • IO Biotech - investment from a syndicate of investors
  • Too Good To Go - investment from new and existing shareholders
  • Ørsted - investment from Goldman Sachs, ATP and PFA 
  • Creation of WS Audiology - merger of Widex A/S and Sivantos Ltd.
  • Cognizant - sale of Red Associates 
  • Netcompany - acquisition of Q Delft and formation of Smarter Airports joint venture 
  • Trifork - acquisition of Nine
  • Brødrene Hartmann - acquisition of Mohan Fibre
