Søren Thyssen Valerius has joined Plesner as partner. Søren has left the DLA Nordic, Copenhagen Office where he from 2004 headed the banking and finance team. This team has decided also to join Plesner. Søren primarily acts for banks, financial institutions and large corporates in relation to acquisition finance, project finance and asset based finance transactions. He is also well experienced with regard to regulatory issues related to financial services.
