Plesner has contributed to an international publication concerning cartels and leniency
Gitte Holtsø and Christian Karhula Lauridsen, both partners with Plesner, have written the Danish chapter in the publication "The International Comparative Legal Guide to: Cartels and Leniency 2010".
The publication is published by Global Legal Group Limited, London.
The chapter contains a comparative survey of the Danish system for handling cartel cases and applications for leniency that is precise and easy to use.
