Tue Ravnholt Frandsen, Attorney and M&A specialist, will become partner in Plesner's Corporate Finance Department on 1 March 2011 as part of Plesner's ongoing efforts to consolidate its leading market position in Corporate Finance.

Tue joins Plesner from Bech-Bruun Law Firm where he has been a partner in its M&A Finance Department. Tue is a very experienced M&A specialist and he has been involved in a number of Denmark's largest M&A transactions.

At Plesner Tue will assist with further developing the first tier position held by Plesner's Corporate Finance Department in all international ratings publications. A position that has been documented by the fact that each year since 2004 Plesner has taken the lead in Merger Market's rankings based on number of transactions.

About Tue Ravnholt Frandsen

Tue recieved his Masters of Law degree from the University of Copenhagen and has studied law at the University of British Columbia. Since 2001 Tue has worked at Bech-Bruun Law Firm where he primarily concentrated on M&A. In addition to his experience as a Danish attorney, Tue has also gained international experience by working at the law firm Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York in the period 2005-2006.

In 2009 Tue was included in the list of Talent 100 by the Danish magazine "Berlingske Nyhedsmagasin".
