Understand Nordic legislation on employee restrictive covenants

The network Employment Law Alliance, of which Plesner is a part, invites you to attend a free webinar on Nordic legislation on restrictive covenants. At the webinar employment experts from Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark will go through the rules in the area. Rasmus Høj Christensen from Plesner will go through the Danish rules.
Restrictive covenants are becoming an increasingly important part of the protection of the trade secrets and internal information of businesses. As there is no EU law applying to the area, it is important to particularly international businesses to keep up with the individual countries' legislation in the area. As several of the Nordic countries have just amended their legislation on restrictive covenants, the webinar will focus on the statutory amendments in the area.
