Lærke is specialised in insolvency and restructuring law and deals with all aspects of insolvency and reconstruction law.
Lærke has acted as administrator of a large number of estates in bankruptcy and has practical experience of bankruptcy proceedings, safeguarding of creditors’ rights and composition negotiations.
In addition, Lærke has experience implementing transfers of all or parts of the bankrupt business, and she also addresses issues relating to the law of property and corporate law.
Lærke has extensive litigation experience as well as a right of audience before the Danish High Court. Lærke is a member of the panel of lawyers appointed by the Danish Debt Collection Agency.
