Tobias is primarily engaged in the preparation and negotiation of major litigation and arbitration cases within the areas of construction law, tort law in general and contract law. In particular, Tobias has extensive knowledge and experience with advisor liability cases within construction law and IPO litigation, where he has conducted and helped conduct some of the country's largest and most complex cases for a number of years.
Tobias works with cases before the ordinary courts, arbitration cases before the Danish Institute of Arbitration and the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board.
Tobias has a wide experience in assisting clients in activities and strategy related to preparation of disputes, e.g. claims handling, preservation of evidence etc.
