Toke Engberg Pedersen is a manager in our Insolvency Law and Restructuring team, which handles the biggest and most complex bankruptcies and restructurings in Denmark.
Toke is engaged in all aspects of insolvency and restructuring law and has experience of bankruptcy proceedings, liquidation, restructuring, bankruptcy-related disqualification and safeguarding of creditor positions.
Toke has been involved in transferring the whole or parts of a bankrupt undertaking and in transferring solvent undertakings. Toke also advises on general corporate law and commercial law issues.
Toke is a lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark where he lectures on credit insurance and enforcement in civil matters.
