Tina Reissman appointed a member of the Danish Labour Court

Attorney and Plesner partner Tina Reissmann has been appointed a substitute member of the Danish Labour Court. Tina has been appointed by the Danish Minister for Employment for the period 1 August 2015 - 31 December 2018 upon the recommendation of the Confederation of Danish Employers.

Attorney, of counsel Poul Flemming Hansen, who has been a substitute member since 1989, has been appointed an ordinary member of the Danish Labour Court. Poul Flemming has been appointed as one of the three ordinary members recommended by the Confederation of Danish Employers under the Danish Labour Court Act for the period 1 August 2015 - 31 December 2018.


The Danish Labour Court is composed of a president and five vice-presidents as well as 12 ordinary members and 31-41 substitute members.

The Danish Minister for Employment appoints the ordinary members and substitute members upon the recommendation of employer organisations and employee organisations as well as public authorities and organisations with employer functions.
