Marie-Louise in particular provides advice in the areas of corporate criminal law, investigations, compliance and management liability. 

Marie-Louise has a background as a consultant with PwC and has been involved in and been a project manager on some of the largest and most complex projects concerning money laundering and breach of sanctions in financial institutions in Denmark. 

In addition, Marie-Louise has advised both Danish and international businesses on various issues of corporate law and corporate compliance, including the formation of companies, the holding of annual and extra-ordinary general meetings with various agendas, resumption of the activities of companies in connection with potential compulsory dissolution etc. 

Finally, Marie-Louise lectures on the law of obligations at the University of Copenhagen's bachelor programme in law.
