We celebrate the new year by expanding the number of partners at Plesner. With the addition of a new partner and the appointment of four of our attorneys to partners, we strengthen Plesner's partner group and look forward to an exciting new year.

The new partners

Anders Hermansen focuses on real estate. He has extensive experience advising Danish and international clients with respect to real estate, including the sale and purchase of property and property companies, project development, lease law and corporate law issues.

Sarah Schæffer focuses on civil and corporate criminal law disputes and investigations. Sarah has extensive experience in matters relating to organisational liability and management liability and represents/defends clients in regulatory matters, criminal proceedings and civil actions for damages relating to several areas of law.

Kristoffer Thorborg focuses on construction law as well as litigation and arbitration proceedings. He is primarily engaged in preparing and conducting major national and international litigation and arbitration proceedings relating to construction law and tort law. Kristoffer also advises Danish and international businesses on the implementation of complex construction and infrastructure projects.

Janus Jepsen focuses on capital markets law and M&A and has extensive experience with large complex public M&A transactions and capital markets transactions. In addition to handling transactions, Janus provides advice on securities law compliance and corporate governance to listed companies.

Peter-Andreas Bodilsen advises on the formation and operation of investment funds, with special focus on regulatory matters. He also advises institutional and professional investors on primary and secondary acquisition of interests in investment funds.

The five new partners will join Plesner's current partner group in heading the company and will be involved in managing and developing Plesner.
