Vækstfonden raises DKK 2.4 billion in Dansk Vækstkapital III

Vækstfonden, which now is a part of Denmark's Export and Investment Fund (EIFO), held a final closing of Dansk Vækstkapital III, a Danish "fund of funds" with focus on investments in venture funds and buy-out funds with a Danish approach. Dansk Vækstkapital III raised a total commitment of DKK 2.4 billion.

Vækstfonden, now EIFO, is a Danish independent public enterprise, operating as the Danish state's investment fund with several funds under management, including Dansk Vækstkapital III which has the overall purpose of providing new and small and medium sized companies with access to risk capital.

Dansk Vækstkapital III's overall strategy is to make investments in venture funds and buy-out funds with a Danish approach, and thereby indirectly invest the funds of the investors in companies which fall within the overall purpose of Dansk Vækstkapital III.

Dansk Vækstkapital III closed the fund with a total commitment of DKK 2.4 billion.
