Niklas Korsgaard Christensen joined Plesner in 2004. He advises Danish and international clients on the practice areas energy, infrastructure and construction, including on oil and gas issues, wind energy and the development of large infrastructure and construction projects. He has considerable commercial law experience and has conducted many legal and arbitration proceedings in the above areas. Niklas also holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge.

Jakob Skafte-Pedersen joined Plesner in 2009 and he also worked for a period as an international attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York. He advises Danish and international clients on M&A and Corporate Finance. Jakob's primary focus is on international and complex M&A transactions and private equity. He also advises on securities law, particularly in connection with takeover bids. Jakob also holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
