With the arrival of the new year, we are not only pleased to extend a warm welcome to Maria Holst Levin but also to celebrate the appointment from our own ranks of Mikkel Rostock-Jensen as a partner in our Corporate Finance team. Together with Plesner's current partners, Maria and Mikkel will continue to provide strong advice, leadership and development in the firm.  

About Maria 

Maria focuses on the energy and infrastructure sector and has many years of experience with project development, M&A, regulatory matters and commercial contracts. Maria's work also includes ESG issues, and she is chairperson of the Association of Danish Law Firms' Climate Committee.

About Mikkel

Mikkel focuses on capital markets law and M&A. Mikkel has extensive experience with large, complex M&A and capital markets transactions, including in connection with IPOs and secondary capital issues. Mikkel also advises on securities law compliance.
