With the addition of Anne Kathrine, Plesner's Corporate Finance team has gained a strong M&A profile, who together with the other partners will drive and further develop the team.

Anne Kathrine has extensive experience in M&A, private equity and corporate law. She has solid experience providing M&A-related advice to a wide range of Danish and international players. As a new partner, Anne Kathrine will contribute to consolidating Plesner's leading position in Denmark within M&A/private equity.
