Kristoffer advises Danish and international property investors, pension funds and property developers on property transactions, M&A real estate transactions and property development projects. Kristoffer's experience extends to both individual properties, property portfolios and property companies, including forward purchase, forward funding and cross-border transactions. 

Kristoffer has extensive experience with respect to all elements of complex property transactions from beginning to end, including structuring, due diligence processes, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents and completion of closings.

Kristoffer also has in-depth practical experience from the property business, having previously been the legal director of a Danish property development company focusing on the completion of development projects, primarily with respect to residential housing and retail.
