About Ulrik

Ulrik has many years of experience of M&A structuring, SPAs, W&I tax insurance and tax due diligence for private equity funds and large businesses involving both Danish and international transactions. Ulrik also provides advice on structuring and establishment of incentive programmes and reinvestment programmes for management and employees, advising on tax-related and commercial aspects of such programmes.
