Ulrik has many years of experience of M&A structuring, SPAs, W&I tax insurance and tax due diligence for private equity funds and large businesses involving both Danish and international transactions. Ulrik also provides advice on structuring and establishment of incentive programmes and reinvestment programmes for management and employees, advising both employers and management teams on the tax-related and commercial aspects of such programmes.

Ulrik approach to tax advice and M&A extends beyond the purely legal approach, and he also has knowledge of the actual tax assessment, how to address it in M&A processes, and he understands the accounting aspects of tax.

Ulrik also has extensive experience of providing advice in the start-up and growth segment, including advice relating to funding, tax restructuring and incentive programmes.
