Mette Rønnow is a manager in our Social Housing team.
Mette provides legal advice on all regulatory matters regarding social housing/subsidised housing and the social housing sector, including transactions, large renovations, project development, social development plans and financing.
In addition, Mette provides legal advice in organizational matters related to social housing including operations, side activities, tenant democracy matters, rehousing and dispute resolution.
Mette also advises on tenancy law, business lease law, construction law and planning law.
