THI Investments acquires "Rød Lagerbygning" ("Red Storage Building")
Plesner advised THI Investments in connection with the acquisition of the historical 10,000 sqm. commercial property "Rød Lagerbygning" ("Red Storage Building") situated at Carlsberg Byen. The property is currently being completely modernized and refurbished to be used by Boston Consulting Group.
THI Investments is a pan European private equity investor with a focus on business services, education, healthcare and industrials. THI Investments will acquire ownership during the summer 2023.
The property originates from 1883 and is currently undergoing an extensive redevelopment from industrial property to a modern office space. The redevelopment is managed by Capman and Revco and is expected to be finalized in the summer of 2023.
The property consists of a total of approximately 10,000 sqm. office space including parking facilities and will be occupied by Boston Consulting Group when the redevelopment has been completed.
The sale of Rød Lagerbygning is Capman Nordic Real Estate II's sixth of its kind.
