Vi har erfaring fra et betydeligt antal af de vigtigste sager om misbrug af dominerende stilling, bl.a. den hidtil største misbrugssag i Danmark. Teamet har arbejdet på en række vigtige konkurrenceretlige erstatningssager, bl.a. Danmarks hidtil største kartelsag og Danmarks hidtil største erstatningssag vedrørende misbrug af dominerende stilling. Teamet har også været involveret i en række kartelrelaterede erstatningssager i udlandet, herunder USA, Canada, Storbritannien og Tyskland.
Teamet har arbejdet på nogle af de mest komplekse sager om fusionskontrol, herunder sager der medførte gennemførelse af tilsagn om afhændelser, og har meget stor viden om alle aspekter af fusionskontrol i henhold til både de danske regler og EU-reglerne. Teamet var involveret i en af de største rettede emissioner i Europa nogen sinde.
Teamets erfaringer fra de danske domstole og fra anklagemyndigheden spiller en væsentlig rolle i straffesager. Plesner har succesfuldt forsvaret klienter i retten i straffesager.
